Window Replacement Salesperson

US Exterior Maintenance & Repair, is looking for a full time replacement window salesperson to sell directly to in home clients, walk in clients to out Plainfield showroom and remodeling contractors through out the Chicago land area.

As our salesperson you will build a sales relationship with homeowners and remodeling contractors by instilling confidence and meeting commitments. You’ll be responsible for meeting/exceeding individual and sales team goals, maintaining thorough product knowledge of all product offerings. To be successful you need to part of a team – ensuring customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Key Duties:

• Responsible for selling replacement windows to home owner and replacement contractor
• Responsible for growing replacement market
• Responsible for keeping accurate records on sales calls
• Responsible for pursuing all leads
• Ensuring all quotes and orders are accurate
• Ensuring all customer are happy with final installation

Qualifications:

• Has drive and motivation to sell
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Have five years of like experience
• Knowledge of ACT/Microsoft products
• Drivers license

Open Shop EIFS Mechanic/Stucco Mason

Applies EIFS and Stucco, may be responsible for supervising at least one other mechanic.

Tasks:

• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Clean and prepare surfaces
• Install drainage system to substrate
• Install proper flashing
• Install proper insulation board
• Proper preparation mixture and installation of base coat with mesh
• Proper preparation mix and installation of finishes
• Perform daily clean up

Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record. Must be able to lift a min of 70lbs. No union affiliation need apply.
